1. Definitions and scope

These terms govern distance contracts between the Seller and the Buyer concluded through kortizolreset.cz or related electronic communication. Together with the order confirmation and the product description shown on the website, they form the contract.

  • Buyer means the person entering into a contract with the Seller.
  • Consumer means an individual acting for purposes outside their trade, business, craft or profession.
  • Programme or digital content means the Cortisol Reset online programme in the scope displayed when the order is placed.

Provisions expressly relating to consumers apply only to Consumers. A Buyer ordering for business purposes must state this when placing the order.

2. Digital product and technical requirements

Cortisol Reset is a 28-day online educational programme. Depending on the current offer, it may include written lessons and PDF files, recipes, a calendar, a printable tracker and bonus materials. The description and scope displayed immediately before ordering are decisive.

The digital content is not supplied on a tangible medium. To use it, the Buyer needs a working email address, a standard device with an up-to-date web browser, an internet connection and software capable of opening PDF files. The Buyer bears their own device and connection costs. Unless a specific item states otherwise, no special interoperability or paid software is required.

The Programme is normally supplied in the language of the selected website and order version. Personal consultations, medical examinations and individual treatment plans are not included unless expressly stated.

3. Order and formation of the contract

  1. The Buyer selects the product and payment method, provides accurate and complete information required to process the order, and checks the price, order contents and contact details before submitting it.
  2. The order is submitted using a button or other action that clearly indicates an obligation to pay. If the order is made by bank transfer under displayed payment instructions, the payment must include information allowing it to be matched, particularly the Buyer's email address.
  3. The contract is formed when the Seller confirms acceptance by email. Where the Buyer makes payment without a separate order form, the contract is formed when the Seller confirms receipt of payment or sends access details, whichever occurs first.

The Seller will provide confirmation of the contract and these terms on a durable medium without undue delay. The contract is concluded in English on the English website and in Czech on the Czech website. The Seller keeps the contract for the period required by legal and tax rules, but it is not available through a user account unless the Programme provides one.

The Seller may reject an order in the event of an obvious pricing error, product unavailability, incomplete details or reasonable suspicion of misuse. If payment has already been received, it will be refunded without undue delay.

4. Price and payment

The current one-off price in the English version is €49. The final price displayed before the order is always decisive. The Seller is not VAT-registered, so no VAT is added to the displayed final price.

Payment can be made using the methods offered in the order or payment panel, particularly bank transfer or QR payment. The Buyer bears any charges imposed by their own bank. The Seller does not charge any additional fee that was not disclosed before the order.

If an instalment plan is offered, the precise number, amount, total price and due date of payments will be disclosed before the order. If an instalment is overdue, the Seller may temporarily suspend access after giving notice until it is paid; the Buyer's statutory rights remain unaffected.

5. Delivery, access and updates

The digital content will be made available by sending access details or a link to the Buyer's email, normally within 24 hours after payment has been received and matched. If access does not arrive, including in the spam folder, the Buyer should contact the Seller.

Access described as “lifetime” or “forever” has no fixed expiry date and is not a subscription. The Seller may change the platform or access method for technical reasons but must preserve a comparable way of using the Programme. If the Programme is permanently discontinued, the Seller will give reasonable advance notice and at least 30 days to download materials that are downloadable by their nature. Statutory rights relating to defective performance remain unaffected.

The Seller will provide agreed updates and any updates necessary to keep the digital content free from defects to the extent required by law. The Buyer must install or apply a notified necessary update within a reasonable time if informed about its availability and the consequences of not applying it.

6. Consumer's statutory right of withdrawal

A Consumer may withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason within 14 days from the date the contract is formed. It is sufficient to send a clear withdrawal notice before the deadline, for example to info@kortizolreset.cz. The model form at the end of these terms may be used but is not mandatory.

For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the statutory right of withdrawal is lost only when all applicable legal requirements are met: before performance begins, the Consumer expressly consents to performance starting within the 14-day period, is informed and acknowledges that this causes the right to withdraw to be lost, the Seller begins performance, and the Seller provides the required confirmation on a durable medium. If these conditions are not met, the withdrawal right remains.

Following valid withdrawal, the Seller will refund payments received within 14 days of receiving the notice, using the same payment method unless otherwise agreed. For a bank transfer, the Consumer may provide a refund account. Access will end and the Consumer must stop using or sharing the digital content.

7. Voluntary 14-day money-back guarantee

Whether the Consumer's statutory withdrawal right continues or has lawfully ended, the Seller provides a separate 14-day satisfaction guarantee in addition to statutory rights.

Within 14 calendar days after access details are sent, the Buyer may email info@kortizolreset.cz, identify the email used for the purchase and clearly request the guarantee. No reason or proof of results is required. The Seller will refund the price actually paid within 14 days and end access to the Programme and bonuses.

The guarantee may be used once per Buyer for the same product. It does not apply to a repeat purchase of the same product after a previous refund or to demonstrably fraudulent conduct. It does not restrict any statutory right, including withdrawal and remedies for defective digital content.

8. Defective performance and complaints

The Seller is responsible for the digital content conforming at delivery to the contract, description, scope, functionality and other agreed characteristics, being fit for its ordinary purpose, and being supplied with the necessary instructions and updates. For digital content supplied by a single act, a Consumer may report a defect that appears within two years of delivery.

A complaint may be sent to info@kortizolreset.cz or to the registered address. The Buyer should include their name, purchase email, a description of the defect, when and how it occurs, and the preferred remedy, with a screenshot where possible. The Seller will confirm receipt.

The Consumer may require the defect to be remedied unless that is impossible or disproportionately costly. If it is not remedied within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience, recurs, or amounts to a serious breach, the Consumer may seek an appropriate price reduction or withdraw where the statutory conditions are met. A Consumer complaint will be resolved and the Consumer informed within 30 days unless a longer period is agreed.

9. Intellectual property and permitted use

All written content, graphics, recipe materials, worksheets and other Programme content are protected by copyright or other intellectual property rights. Payment does not transfer ownership of these rights. The Buyer receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the content for personal, non-commercial purposes.

The Buyer may download and print materials where their format allows, solely for personal use. Without the Seller's prior written consent, the Buyer must not share login details, copy or publish content, provide it to third parties, sell it, adapt it for redistribution, or create a competing product from it. Statutory quotation rights remain unaffected.

10. Nature of the Programme and health notice

Cortisol Reset is an educational programme providing general information about lifestyle, nutrition, sleep, stress management and related habits. It is not a healthcare service, diagnosis, treatment, or a substitute for advice from a doctor, psychologist, registered dietitian or other qualified healthcare professional.

People respond differently, and the Seller does not promise a specific health, weight or other outcome. Anyone with a health condition, taking medication, pregnant, breastfeeding, affected by an eating disorder, or uncertain whether a recommendation is suitable should consult their doctor before acting on it. Urgent symptoms require prompt medical help. The Buyer is responsible for sensibly adapting general recommendations to their health, without limiting the Seller's statutory responsibility for the Programme content.

11. Availability and liability

The Seller may carry out necessary maintenance and reasonable technical changes. Where possible, the Seller will give advance notice of a planned longer interruption. A short interruption caused by maintenance, the hosting provider, the Buyer's connection or an event beyond the Seller's reasonable control is not by itself a breach if the Seller takes reasonable steps to restore access.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits a Consumer's rights or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. The Buyer is responsible for keeping access details secure and must notify the Seller of misuse without undue delay.

12. Personal data

The Seller processes personal data mainly to manage orders, perform the contract, keep accounting records, protect legal claims and, where permitted, send marketing messages. Details, including data-subject rights and recipients, are set out in the Privacy Policy.

13. Complaints, alternative dispute resolution and governing law

The Buyer is encouraged to send any complaint first to info@kortizolreset.cz. The Seller will seek to resolve it without undue delay.

The competent Czech alternative dispute resolution body for consumer disputes is the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce). Information and the procedure for submitting a proposal are available at coi.gov.cz/en/information-about-adr. A Consumer may submit a proposal no later than one year after first raising the disputed right with the Seller.

The contract is governed by Czech law. A Consumer habitually resident in another country is not deprived by this choice of the protection afforded by the mandatory law of that country. Disputes fall within the jurisdiction of the competent courts.

14. Final provisions

The Seller may update these terms for future orders. The version effective when an order is placed governs that contract; later changes do not affect rights already acquired. If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.

The Czech and English versions are intended to have the same meaning. If an ambiguity remains, the Czech version prevails, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection law.

These terms take effect on 15 July 2026.
