1. Who we are

These terms govern the sale of the online programme Cortisol Reset via kortizolreset.cz.

2. Order and contract

The product is digital content — an online programme (videos, PDFs, recipes, calendar and tracker). You place an order on the website by entering your details and choosing a payment method. The contract is concluded once the order is confirmed and paid. You then receive access details by e-mail.

3. Price and payment

The price is shown with the product (one-off payment of €49, or 3 instalments). Payment can be made by bank transfer, payment gateway or QR payment. Access is granted once payment is received.

4. Delivery

The digital content is delivered online — by granting access to the members' area and/or sending access details by e-mail, usually within 24 hours of payment. A device with an internet connection is required.

5. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer you have the right to withdraw within 14 days without giving a reason. However, for digital content, if you expressly consent to delivery (access being granted) before the withdrawal period ends and acknowledge that you thereby lose the right to withdraw, the right of withdrawal no longer applies.

Beyond the statutory minimum, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee — see section 6.

6. Money-back guarantee

If you work through the programme properly during the first 14 days and you're not satisfied, email info@kortizolreset.cz and we'll refund your payment, usually within 14 days.

7. Complaints

Statutory rights regarding defects apply. Report any issue (e.g. access not working) to info@kortizolreset.cz and we'll resolve it without undue delay.

8. Dispute resolution

For out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes, the Czech Trade Inspection Authority is competent (coi.cz). You may also use the EU ODR platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

9. Final provisions

These terms are governed by the law of the Czech Republic. Personal data processing is described in our Privacy Policy. The version valid at the time of your order applies.
